Since the amparo trial is considered the last step within the judicial system, clients mostly turn to us with part of their legal path already traveled, seeking a new (constitutional) perspective for the resolution of their cases.

The largest number of cases represented by the firm are mostly litigated before the highest court in the land, obtaining tangible results, which translate into case law and modifications to court precedents, that, in the past, could only be modified through statutory amendments, to give rise to constitutional solutions.
We are a highly responsive firm, addressing urgent cases with positive results for our clients. Permanent and preliminary injunctions have been obtained in cases in which, due to their seriousness, have only allowed a few hours to draft and file the petition for constitutional relief by a writ of amparo.

eventually embodied in the courts’ final
resolutions. Not infrequently, the grounds
for the judgements obtained are based on
considerations identical to those raised in
